Sponsorship Opportunities
Last Call 2027
Partner with Ottawa’s New Year’s Eve speakeasy, a capacity-capped, premium-priced night with real audience data behind every tier.
December 31, 2026 · Cohere Centre, Ottawa · 400–750 guests
Room to Grow
Hall 3 spans 41,763 sq ft and supports up to ~6,000 guests at full reception capacity. This year’s 400–750 range is intentionally conservative, leaving real headroom to scale your sponsorship’s reach as the event grows year over year.
Based on standard event-industry capacity guidelines (~7 sq ft per guest, reception style) applied to Hall 3’s confirmed footprint; final capacity is subject to fire code and staging requirements.
Who We Are Looking For
Craft spirits, zero-proof beverages, luxury lifestyle, automotive, and high-end hospitality brands looking for real audience engagement and experiential visibility, not passive logo placement.
The Mission
Transform a 40,000 sq. ft. venue into a multi-layered 1920s speakeasy, with live jazz, aerial performances, and hidden VIP spaces for 400–750 decision-makers and experience-seekers.
The Vision
Build Ottawa’s premier annual New Year’s Eve production, a signature event near top hotels and the airport that sets the standard for experiential design and brand-audience connection.

Your sponsorship doesn’t end when the lights come up.
An Annual Ottawa Tradition
Last Call 2027 is built as the first year of Ottawa’s premier annual New Year’s Eve production, not a one-off. Sponsors who come in early grow with the event as it scales year over year.
A Post-Event Sponsorship Report
Within the first week of January, every sponsor receives a wrap-up recap: final attendance numbers, audience impressions, and the photo and video content captured during the night.
